Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Lungarno Collection was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were not only elegant but also very spacious with useful closets, two big bathrooms, and plenty of plugs for modern travelers. Moving to a higher suite with a balcony without any extra charges was a lovely surprise. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to checking out, with a staff that was attentive without being intrusive. The location was great, with the hotel being central to everything in Florence and offering a serene and quiet atmosphere. The dining experience was decent, with a good spread of continental breakfast items, although the absence of Wholemeal bread was a small downside. The facilities provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were not just elegant but also very spacious with useful closets, two big bathrooms, and plenty of plugs for modern travelers. While stylish, they were slightly small and overlooked an apartment block at the back, yet the overall experience was OUT OF THIS WORLD.
The hotel was a peaceful oasis away from the July hustle of tourist-filled Florence, with well-constructed and beautifully done rooms that are very well-equipped and comfortable. The service was exceptional, with incredibly gracious and helpful staff. The location was perfect, just a half block from Ponte Vecchio and within walking distance to all the major sites. The dining options were delicious with many choices. The facilities were top-notch.
